When the group is full, new players join a waitlist and move up automatically if someone leaves. Gamertags are shared only inside a session: the host and the players who joined see each other’s Xbox gamertag so you can add each other. There are no DMs or chat on Tonight’s Play. Sessions are split by age group: players aged 13–17 and players 18+ never see or join each other’s sessions. Report or block from any session; reported sessions go to a moderator. Times show in your own time zone. Sessions drop off the list two hours after they start. You can get an email reminder about 15 minutes before (turn it off any time). A green dot on a game’s cover anywhere on the site means it has a session tonight in your age group. Tap I’d play this on a game page to get an email when someone hosts it.
